We believe that an in-home consultation is a valuable tool we can use to determine the best way to help you and your canine companion. Prior to beginning training with us, we encourage you to take advantage of the FREE in-home consultation. During this meeting, one of our top certified dog trainers will come to your home to meet your family and your dog.
There are several benefits to the in-home consultation. First, we get to become acquainted with both you and your dog in your “natural” environment. This is important because we get a clear picture of what life is like at home for your dog so that we can understand how best to train them to succeed in this environment.

Also, we get to observe any problematic behaviors as they occur at home, as we all know that environment can shape the way a dog may behave. Thus, we get the best picture of how your dog exists and relates to his home and those around him or her.
Furthermore, the in-home evaluation gives us an opportunity to speak 1-on-1, set goals, and speak with family member that may have questions or concerns. We can discuss your personal and family lifestyles, what you would like to be able to do with your dog?

  • walk around the neighborhood off leash
  • travel or visit public places
  • relax and watch TV
  • bring to public or family events
  • take to the dog park or dog beach

This is also a time when you can pick our brains to learn even more about what we do, our training strategies, what we can accomplish with your dog, and how best to achieve the determined training goals.

We want to train your dog to be your dog, not our dog. To do this, we find it extremely valuable to get a complete picture about what you would like your dog to do, not do, master, and solve. The in-home consultation provides the perfect environment in which to accomplish these aims.
